बर्ड फ्लु पन्क्षीबाट मानिसमा सर्न सक्ने संक्रामक रोग हो। आफू र परिवारलाई सुरक्षित राख्न यी सावधानी अपनाऔंः

✅ बिरामी वा मरेका पन्क्षीसँग प्रत्यक्ष सम्पर्क नगर्नुहोस्।
✅ कुखुराको मासु र अण्डा राम्ररी पकाएर मात्र खानुहोस्।
✅ काँचो मासु वा अण्डा छोएपछि साबुनपानीले राम्रोसँग हात धुनुहोस्।
✅ कुखुरा पालनस्थल, सरसमान तथा वरपरको वातावरण सफा र स्वच्छ राख्नुहोस्।
