From December 2025 to January/February 2026, Samye Sowa-Rigpa Traditional Institute successfully conducted a month-long introductory seminar for university students from Taiwan who were researching Tibetan medicine.

The seminar provided a foundational introduction to Sowa Rigpa, combining theoretical teachings and practical sessions, along with Buddhist teachings that form the ethical and philosophical basis of Tibetan medicine. Yuthok Nyingthik was also taught, highlighting its role in healing, compassion, and the integration of medicine and Dharma.

Through teachings, discussions, and hands-on learning, the program offered students a deep understanding of the holistic approach of Tibetan medicine, integrating body, mind, and spiritual practice.
