Complete bedrest गर्नै हुँदैन? 🤔

धेरैजसोले ढाड दुखेको बेला सिधा ओछ्यानमा पल्टिनु नै एकमात्र उपाय सोच्छन्। तर सत्य के हो भने, complete bedrest ले अस्थायी आराम मात्र दिन्छ उठेपछि दुखाई फेरि उस्तै फर्किआउँछ।
