35 years female presented to us with low back pain with severe right leg radiculopathy and unable to walk for 10 days.
Mri showed large sequestred disc prolapse L5-S1 right.
She underwent microdiscectomy L5-S1 right.
She was pain free and was able to mobilise from the evening of surgery
