Ending Violence Starts With Awareness
On the second last day of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, Aakar Mental Health delivered an insightful presentation on violence and its impact on mental health. The session focused on understanding different forms of violence, their psychological consequences, and the importance of early intervention, awareness, and community support.
This meaningful program was organized by Lalitpur Metropolitan City, Ward No. 9, and held at Sunrise Cafe, Gwarko, Lalitpur. The discussion created a safe space for participants to reflect, engage, and commit toward building a more compassionate and violence free society.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Lalitpur Metropolitan City Ward No. 9 for the collaboration and to all participants for being part of this important conversation. Together, we move one step closer to ending violence through awareness, empathy, and action.

Our participants beautifully showcased their talents, reminding us that ability comes in many forms, and every expression is meaningful.
