Well a year ago today I started my journey to get rid oh my large mass weight.
Started at just short of 20st and now I am doing great at a 12.7st now ppl might say well done am not looking for gratitude for the weight loss I was just looking to put more years on my life, as my health was getting really bad carrying all the excess weight.
And now I have shed the pounds I feel so much better and healthier.
