What went down at the first Co-Create 🎨

From a blank canvases to co-created masterpieces!

We painted together sipping on adaptogenic non alcoholic cocktails by Elta Ego™ 🍹 Alcohol-Free Adaptogenic Cocktails

I dropped everyone into their creative zone using breath and meditation - blank page fear be gone! 👋 imagination activated!

Snacked on delicious cookies, brownies and cakes by Shannon Rose

Listening to a curated playlist of absolute bangers 🎶

We created together for 90 minutes, the canvas rotating every so often so that everyone was freshly inspired!

No plan, full trust and full on fun.

And at the end of the night everyone left with a piece of their co-creation, new connections and a new way of being! ✨
