current stack (giving r3ta a rest)
bpc 157, mots c, nad+
training x3 a week Muay Thai
curious to see how this stack goes for performance and mental.
now I have the space and on a MUCH better sleep schedule!
should I also share what I eat or… warning, it’s boring but it’s good, a lot of eggs 🤣🥚 r3ta contributes to a lot of disinterest and pickiness in food so it might change since I won’t be doing it for a while.
