I sit with thoughts of peace, trust, creation, now, joy and change.
This is a time of great uncertainty and great opportunity for humanity.

The Rise Up Retreat held at Mana was so special. It was a truly profound and defining experience for us all, held over 4 days on sacred land in the Coromandel.

It was wonderful to be immersed in the retrieval of our true selves with such wise, capable, powerful and open hearted souls. What a fabulous group of people. I am so grateful that my intuition guided me to attend.

We definitely weaved some magic together and being part of such an authentic, judgment free, accepting and loving group was life-changing.

The workshops were deep, interesting and very meaningful.

I left with a new found resolve to trust and allow more, stress less and live bravely from the heart with more compassion, more forgiveness and firm boundaries. I could go on... it is so profound to learn more of who we truly are.

I am committed to putting my happiness, my state and well-being first and understand that we all have a choice.

Energy goes where attention flows...life is truly amazing. Love to you all

I’m following the call… This Thursday I’m heading to the Coromandel, to the beautiful Mana Retreat Centre, for a few days immersed in the magic of Light Language, sound, Reiki, ceremony, breathwork and multi dimensional energy.

As I sit with anticipation, I am excited to be a part of it and feel another layer of my soul opening.

I’m curious about the transdimensional aspects of this work, about developing my capacity to feel, voice, receive and work with energy in ways that are still unfolding for me. There is a deep knowing that this is part of my path.

The more I heal, expand and remember who I am, the more I have to offer the women who come into my world.

I truly believe, as my soul grows and learns, everyone benefits. We are all connected.

So I’m going with an open heart, an open mind and a willingness to receive whatever this next chapter has to offer. No expectations.

Just curiosity, trust and pure joy.

I have a feeling this one is going to be something special.

Yesterday, a beautiful group of women gathered to explore the theme of acceptance.

Together, we stepped away from the noise of everyday life and into a space of presence, stillness and authentic connection.

There were meaningful conversations, moments of reflection, a powerful oracle card reading and messages that seemed to arrive exactly when they were needed.

At the centre of our circle was a bowl of ocean water, holding our intentions, our words and our reflections. As we closed, each woman took a small sample home as a reminder of her own journey and the wisdom shared in.

Alongside a beautiful afternoon tea, laughter and genuine connection, we created something that is often missing in today's busy world - space.

Thank you to the wonderful women who joined me and to those who contributed so openly and wholeheartedly to the experience.

My heart is full.
