For years I have taught heart awakening, healing, consciousness and multidimensional connection.

But recently I realised something.

They were never separate.

The heart.

The mind.

The nervous system.

Our conditioning.

Our emotions.

Our intuition.

Our consciousness.

Our energy.

Our ability to create.

And our relationship with each other and this beautiful Earth…

It is all one journey.

And so I’ve brought together so much of what I’ve learned, experienced and taught into what feels like one of the most important journeys I have ever created.

A 6-Week Transformational Journey

Beginning Monday 14 September at 6 pm NZT — Live Online.

This isn’t about becoming “more spiritual.”

It is about becoming more YOU.

We’re going to explore why we think the way we do.

Why we react the way we do.

How old conditioning can quietly run our lives.

How to calm and work with the nervous system.

How to observe our thoughts rather than be controlled by every one of them.

How to open the heart while keeping strong boundaries and discernment.

How to create heart–brain coherence.

How to access deeper and expanded states of consciousness.

How our internal state influences the direction of our lives.

How to consciously create what comes next.

And ultimately…

how to become an Awakened Human in practice.

But I don’t want this to be another course where we sit and TALK about transformation.

We’re going to experience it.

Every week will include experiential practices and powerful guided activations, with spaces for my soul singing, toning and light language.

I want you to finish these six weeks feeling different.

More grounded.

More peaceful.

More aware.

More sovereign.

More connected to your heart.

More trusting of yourself.

More conscious of what you’re creating.

Something I am seeing more and more at this time is just how much people are carrying.
The collective energies are extremely mixed right now. Fear, uncertainty, old wounds, ancestral patterns, grief, stress, emotional overload, and the energies of millions of people all moving through profound change can leave many feeling unlike themselves.
People often tell me:
• I feel heavy and cannot explain why.�• I feel disconnected from myself.�• My energy feels scattered.�• I feel anxious, exhausted, or overwhelmed.�• I feel like I have picked up things that do not belong to me.�• I no longer feel fully present in my own life.
As humanity moves through these times of great change, more and more is coming to the surface to be seen, healed, and released. Old wounds, past experiences, ancestral patterns, past life influences, emotional trauma, and energetic imbalances can all rise into our awareness.
This is why I believe everyone should have access to deep energetic support when it is needed.
Deep soul rescue, energetic clearing, and full recalibration work can help bring us back to ourselves.
This work may include:

As the frequencies around us continue to change and evolve, self-care is no longer simply physical. We are being invited to care for our emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic wellbeing too.

I wanted everyone to have the opportunity to receive this support whenever they need it. ✨ Last night during a lucid dream state I received this image.

For many years following my contact experiences, I would receive what I can only describe as light codes, symbols and geometric information that appeared to be downloaded directly into my consciousness. These experiences began over 18 years ago after my first profound ET and multidimensional contact experiences.

Over time the coded imagery changed. The symbols became less frequent and instead I would experience brilliant flashes of pure white light entering my awareness, often bringing an instant knowing or understanding without words.

As I looked at these concentric circles of light and symbols, I felt as though I was being shown that consciousness itself moves in waves, layers and frequencies. The brilliant light at the centre feels like Source, the Higher Heart, the Soul, or perhaps the remembrance of who we truly are.

The symbols themselves may not be a language that can be translated with the mind. Instead, they may speak directly to the heart, the subconscious and the deeper levels of our being.

Many people around the world are now reporting:
✨ Downloads during sleep
✨ Flashes of white light
✨ Sacred geometry
✨ Symbols and codes
✨ Increased intuition
✨ Lucid dreams
✨ Heightened sensitivity

Perhaps these experiences are reminding us that we are far more than our physical bodies. Perhaps consciousness itself is expanding, allowing us to receive information in ways that go beyond words.

For me, this image feels like a map of consciousness, with each ring representing another layer of remembrance, another frequency, another aspect of ourselves returning into alignment.

I share this not to convince anyone of what it means, but simply to open the conversation.
