Just another week till the end of T2 @ 2026. The days are colder and the boys are always hungry. Meal are heavier to tie them over. We always try to have at least one portion of fruit for snack time.
Mark tells me that there is no such thing as snack time because he eats all his snacks during morning tea 😂.
Here we are spoilt for choice in terms of apple and orange varieties. We can go a whole week and not eat the same type twice ❤️.

Lunch + Morning Tea + Fruit (snack) + 2 Snacks.
Much easier when we look at it this way.
However…often we just throw whatever we have in the pantry into the lunch box 😂. Still good to have a plan.

Mince is such a versatile source of protein. Fry up a big batch and use it as topping or filling. Our go to seasoning is the (alternative) trinity of Chinese cooking; soya sauce + cooking wine + sesame oil. Grated carrots and diced onions add to the flavour.
