Not only did we take home 2026 NZ Clinic of the Year, but we also won OVERALL Transformation of the Year for Sarah’s incredible StemZyme transformation.

Three things I never board a plane without as a skin therapist ✈️🤍

Flying can be surprisingly dehydrating for your skin. These are the three things that always make it into my carry-on:

💦 1. DMK Herb & Mineral Mist
This is my in-flight essential. Unlike a lot of facial mists that simply dampen the skin, Herb & Mineral Mist contains mineral-rich botanicals that help support your skin’s natural water levels. I like to lightly mist my face throughout a flight to help keep my skin feeling comfortable and hydrated. Plus, the travel-size bottle is carry-on approved, so it comes everywhere with me, whether I’m flying within New Zealand or overseas.

💋 2. A good lip oil
Your lips are one of the first places you’ll notice dehydration on a flight. My current favourite is the Guiya Lip Oil because it’s packed with jojoba oil, vitamin E and antioxidant-rich bilberry extract to nourish the lips while helping lock in moisture. It gives a beautiful glossy finish without that sticky feeling

💧 3. Water
One thing I always remind my clients is that skincare isn’t just topical it’s internal too. You can have the best skincare routine in the world, but if you’re dehydrated, your skin will often reflect that. I never board a flight without a drink bottle and make a conscious effort to keep sipping throughout the journey.

✨ And if I’m feeling a little extra (usually on a long-haul flight), I’ll occasionally pack my Omnilux mask too.
