Another magical day here in Otautahi Christchurch.
Still landing after suchhhhh an epic time away in Auckland this last weekend co-creating and supporting my sis Charlene Tedrow from URA TABU and the SHE IS Matariki Day Retreat. It was a powerful success and truly nourishing experience for all of the 22 Women who came and said YESSSSSSSSSSSSS to nourishment, yesssss to wholeness and yesssss to healthy feminine expression.
