Script Sense began in a pharmacy with a notepad, and attentively watching a pharmacist work.
Puneet was working out the quantity on an escalating dose, doing it in his head because a calculator would have slowed him down. Kieran stopped him. “You just did something there,” he said. “Talk me through it.”
Puneet could not. He had done it a thousand times and it had become automatic.
They pulled it apart and found five separate checks hiding inside a single number, none of them written down anywhere.
Script Sense didn’t start with a product idea, but with the realisation that most work in a pharmacy is the work nobody can see.
Built by a pharmacist, not a software company. That's the difference.
