I have an extensive background in designing program's and leading groups within adult education and mental health providers in the area of personal development, self image, women's groups, sound and music therapy. In addition I have completed training as a Life Coach, a NZ First Light Flower Essences Practitioner, Secondary teacher training, Voice Dialogue Facilitator training amongst other things.
