Many families only begin looking for information and support when something changes suddenly — such as a fall, hospital stay, health diagnosis or growing concerns about safety at home.
We’re conducting research to better understand the challenges families face when navigating ageing, care options, funding, planning and finding the right support.
We’d love to hear from:
• Family members supporting an ageing parent or loved one
• People who have been through this experience previously
• Carers and health professionals
• Retirement village, aged care and community support professionals
