While Marianne is away until the end of August, Georgie will be available every other Monday.

Georgie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise & Sport Science), has completed her Level 5 Massage qualification, and is currently completing her Level 6 Diploma in Remedial Massage.

She is offering 60-minute Clinical Training Remedial Massage sessions for $100.

These sessions include consultation, assessment, treatment planning and targeted remedial massage for musculoskeletal aches, tension, sports recovery and movement restrictions.

If you’ve been dealing with neck or back pain, tight shoulders, muscle soreness, or an active lifestyle that needs some attention, Georgie would love to help.

Did you see that little muscle jump?👀

That’s called a local twitch response. It can occur when pressure is applied to a trigger point — a tight, sensitive spot within the muscle.

It’s essentially the muscle’s way of reacting to the treatment.

The goal isn’t to make the muscle twitch; the goal is to help reduce tension, improve movement, and ease discomfort.

Sometimes the muscle twitches, sometimes it doesn’t — both can be completely normal.

With a background as a Registered Nurse and 6 years as a massage therapist, Marianne offers therapeutic & sports massage, incorporating myofascial techniques to support pain relief, recovery, and better movement.
