Yesterday, one of our clients shared something that really stuck with me.

Just days after finishing a first aid course, they were there when someone collapsed...and then had a seizure.

No warning. No time to prepare.

But this time… they didn’t freeze.

They said their hands were shaking, adrenaline pumping—but they knew what to do. They checked, they responded, they stayed with the person and helped until things settled.

Not perfectly. Not like a textbook.
