Kia ora whānau!
I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately. As some of you may know and for those that don’t, my whānau and I have finally moved into our new whare! With all the moving, setting up, settling in, figuring out our new norm, all with our energetic 2-year-old at tow, it’s definitely been a crazy few weeks to say the least! But I’m excited to say I’ll be returning soon, with the hopes of launching my website in the months to come. Rongoā Whenua is a business born from my love for the healing traditions of Aotearoa and my whānau, who have been a huge inspiration for this journey. Based in Te Tairāwhiti, I create natural remedies rooted in Māori rongoā, with a focus on sustainability and connection to the whenua.

A huge part of my mission is to make Rongoā Māori more accessible, reviving traditional practices to support the health and well-being of whānau and communities across Aotearoa, nurturing cultural connections. I’m excited to bring these gifts of our whenua to you and your whānau!
