Sometimes the best exercise isn’t the most complicated.
Rucking is simply walking with weight, but it comes with some impressive benefits, from improved fitness and strength, the better bone health and endurance.
It’s also a great example of one of my favorite principles: Small things done consistently often work better than big things done occasionally.
These are the benefits that Michael Easter talks about in his new book “walk with weight”. It’s well worth a read.
