In August, we start our very stunning 4-part series wānanga rongoā at Te Tikanga Marae, Tokorangi.

As we move into the heart of winter, the timibg couldn't be more fitting. It is a season that naturally aligns with the teachings of rongoā Māori. Ideal for individuals seeking to strengthen rongoā knowledge, health and well-being practitioners, cultural advisors, social service providers, community development practitioners and environmental practitioners, to name a few.

Te Ara Rongoā is evolving!

With deep gratitude, we acknowledge all those who have walked alongside this kaupapa — those who have supported, contributed, trusted, and shared in this space. Your aroha and presence have helped shape Te Ara Rongoā into what it is today.

As this next chapter unfolds, Te Ara Rongoā transitions into Āwhina — with a shift toward more clinic-focused mahi. While wānanga will still be offered, our clinic space will now become the primary place of healing.

We're looking forward to this natural progression, and we're excited to share it with you.
