Less than two years ago, this was bare land. Today, 18 architecturally designed villas are complete, with a vibrant village taking shape on Howard Street, just minutes from Hastings and Havelock North.

The purpose-built Clubhouse features a gym, library, lounges, kitchen, dining space and outdoor BBQ area – creating a welcoming hub for connection, wellbeing and community.

“With the opening of the Clubhouse, we’re bringing the Peakviews vision to life – a place where people don’t just retire, but truly thrive,” said Peter Cooke, Tumu Property General Manager.

Well, it's all come together nicely at Peakviews. Thanks to the talented team at Maho Interiors and the many tradies and landscaping teams, the Clubhouse looks a million bucks! Current residents enjoyed the opportunity to have a coffee and a look around the building earlier today. They commented on the thought and attention to detail that went into the finishing of the Clubhouse.

We can't wait to complete the planting, and if you are out and about over the holiday period, call in and catch up with our friendly Sales Manager, Sarah Erickson...she'll be around over this time. For now, happy holidays from the team at Peakviews.

What a morning at Peakviews!

The Hawke's Bay weather put on a show this morning, and so did the team. Today, the concrete was poured around the clubhouse for the outdoor area, another step closer before this space becomes a place for residents to enjoy.

Last week, our residents enjoyed their monthly happy hour, this time up the lane! There were plenty of sausages, nibbles and drinks for everyone to relish.

Laughs, good conversations and great company were shared under the warm sun at the happy hour, a little taste of how Peakviews will look this summer.

Further down the lane, the kitchen tiles and Rimu shelves have been installed in the clubhouse, which is coming together nicely! Stay tuned for our next interior update with photos of the clubhouse.

The Peakviews Clubhouse is Taking Shape. 🏡✨

Exciting progress at Peakviews Retirement Village - the clubhouse is really coming together! The kitchen is now being installed, colour is brightening up the walls, and the impressive bookshelf is in place. Next up… tiling.

A big thank you to Maho Interiors for their incredible work, it’s looking absolutely superb. We can’t wait to see the finished result.
