As the Winter Solstice draws in - to bring us the joyfulness of the longest night of the year - it’s a wonderful time for introspection.
Natures Rhythms are our biggest unifier if we make the space to notice them.
While pottering about beside the Fire I found my well loved copy of Braiding Sweetgrass.
And the memories of my travels to New Mexico, almost 2 years ago now, came flooding back as I saw the words that Robin wrote for me in my book.
‘For Briar, with gratitude for your gifts, Robin Wall Kimmerer’
🥰🥰🥰
I look forward now to going back over my notes and my photos from these days of Learning. And seeing what rises to the top on things I can share about the Stories she shared.
But to start, let’s all deepen our connection and relationship with the part of the world that we call home, wherever that may be.
As Winter settles in and then we rise into Spring, what’s something from Nature that you can observe more closely, in the Place that you live, to become more attuned with the environment you live in?
