What is all the ‘noise’ around NAD+ and healthy aging?

Quite simply, NAD⁺ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is the "fuel of life" at the cellular level. For older adults, preserving or restoring NAD⁺ may help fight fatigue, support repair, and promote healthier aging. As we age, NAD⁺ levels decline by up to 50–70% from youth to old age. This drop is linked to many hallmarks of ageing.

How do I support my NAD+ levels?

Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) is an NAD+ precursor, which means the body converts Vitamin B3 into NAD+. Nicotinamide is naturally converted by the body to Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) which is then converted to NAD+. Maintaining NAD⁺ is like recharging your cells’ batteries and repair systems.

This is why Sanderson formulated Age FX, our advanced healthy ageing complex.
