Have you ever wondered what lymphatic drainage actually is?

To be honest, it's not what most people expect.

It's not a deep tissue massage, but it's not just gentle stroking either. I usually describe it as a slow, relaxing massage with light to medium pressure that encourages your body's natural drainage system to do its job a little better.

Think of it as giving your body a helping hand.

Lymphatic drainage can be done on your whole body or just one area that's feeling swollen, puffy or recovering.

It's a lovely treatment if you've:
• had surgery and want to help reduce swelling
• been sick and feel like you're still recovering
• struggle with fluid retention or bloating
• spend hours sitting or standing at work
• feel heavy, sluggish or just "not quite yourself"

Most people leave feeling lighter, less puffy and incredibly relaxed. Some notice they need to drink more water or visit the toilet a bit more afterwards—that's completely normal.

It's not a miracle treatment, but it can be a beautiful way to support your body's natural healing and recovery.
