If you have pigmentation then this is the treatment for you!!
I absolutely LOVE Cosmelan for pigmentation because it’s one of those treatments where the commitment ALWAYS pays off.
Unlike lasers, where you may need several treatments over time (and some of them can be pretty uncomfortable), Cosmelan is essentially one main in-clinic treatment followed by a very important homecare phase.
But I’m also very honest with my clients because Cosmelan has downtime.
You need to be prepared for up to 2 weeks of redness, dryness, peeling and your skin generally not looking its best. You also need to be ready to commit to the aftercare for the full 3 months.
This is NOT a treatment I recommend doing half-heartedly.
You need to follow the homecare.
You need to stay out of the sun.
You need to wear your SPF religiously.
And you need to let your skin do its thing, no picking, peeling or trying to speed the process up.
BUT… the results are SO worth it.
What I love most about Cosmelan is that it doesn’t just target one little patch of pigment. It works on the overall appearance of pigmentation and uneven tone, leaving the skin looking brighter, clearer, smoother and so much more even.
For the right client, especially someone who has spent years battling pigmentation, sun damage or melasma, the transformation can be incredible.
Yes, there’s downtime. Yes, it requires commitment.
But I would rather be completely upfront about that than sell it as an easy treatment.
Give me two weeks of meh skin for months of clearer, brighter, more even skin. 🙌🏼 There’s a reason Cosmelan has become one of my absolute favourite pigmentation treatments.
Commit to the process. Follow the protocol. Protect your skin. And let Cosmelan do what it does best.
