If your knees are starting to complain, don't just focus on your knees.

Sometimes the knee is working harder because the muscles around your hip aren't giving it enough support.

Improving hip stability helps keep your leg better aligned and supports the knee during everyday movements like walking, climbing stairs and getting up from a chair.

I'll be posting a simple hip stability exercise later that may help support knees with arthritis too. Just work at your own level, go slowly and always listen to your body.
