Tonight I commented on a post in a community group and it made me realise that I need to address some things.
I have been learning and practicing mirimiri and romiromi since 2019 (as well as a wider range of healing practices). I’ve learned for a range of kaiako, each have their own lineage of teachings that they share.
Do you need a diagnosis to receive this practice? No. No, you don’t.
Can it help with injuries? Yes, it can.
How does it work? Well, I’m glad you asked. This practice, while taught to follow a protocol, that is for learning purposes. In practice, it is intuitive. We work together to address the areas your know you need to release, while also working with the whole mind, body, soul connection to bring balance to all areas of your being.
So, if you’re feeling tension in your body, having trouble with your shoulders, hips, knees, etc. let’s chat about a session to release the physical tensions and stress, to start to bring balance back.
