World Mental Health Day
This week in Aotearoa, we’re also recognising Mental Health Awareness Week, with the theme “Let’s Top Up Together” encouraging community, connection, and shared practices for wellbeing.
In my work I see how deeply the mind and body influence each other. The impact of sleep, hormones, gut health, mindset, and the nervous system on mental wellbeing is huge. Healing can begin when we listen to what our body is trying to tell us.
Anxiety, low mood and ongoing stress often arise when we have been running on empty for too long, disconnected from rest, nourishment, and community.
Connection is a powerful medicine! Let's make space to check in with ourselves, and those we love today 💚
