This husband and wife team embraced my breathing retraining course with consistency, curiosity, and dedication. They trusted the process, practised every day, and the results have been remarkable.

Their capnography readings now show a much more regular, functional breathing pattern with a significantly higher baseline CO₂ level. This indicates they are breathing more efficiently and are less prone to the symptoms associated with chronic hyperventilation.

Even more importantly, they’ve experienced a dramatic improvement in the symptoms that first brought them to me. Watching them gain confidence in their breathing and reclaim their wellbeing has been incredibly rewarding.

When people commit to changing the way they breathe, the impact can extend far beyond the breath itself—it can transform how they feel, function, and live each day.

Today I received my first Tibetan singing bowl — a gift from my father. There’s something deeply special about merging sound and stillness, especially after a lifetime immersed in music. I’m so looking forward to weaving this into both my meditation and my practice.
