Te Arawa Tit Tar I am a qaulified oriental bone-setting master. I also practice Māori therapeutic healing learnt by several elders & healers.

I was taught by Sifu Erik Leong in the art of bone alignment, alongside global Tit Tar masters like Sifu Perry from New Zealand.

It’s been a busy weekend. I only took one photo 🫣📸 Great to see 👀people from Auckland, Hawkes Bay, Tūrangi, Tauranga, Putararu, Te Kaha, Whakatāne and Rotorua📍

Anyway, we love this photo. It was such a great session to see weeks of pain with stiff neck, trigger finger, shoulder restrictions, ankle pain, and SI joint misalignment relieved. Thank you for coming whaea 🫶🏼💯🫶🏼

Congratulations 🥳 to Selah Kingi who is preparing for the Commonwealth Powerlifting & Bench Press Championships Competition in Canada 2026 🏋🏻‍♀️ in the Masters section. What an achievement 💯💯💯

These ladies tune up their body, mind and soul before and after they compete.

Tit Tar aims to increase the range of movement 🏃‍♂️, reduce pain, relieve joint constriction, and releases tight muscles 💪🏻
