This is what I found is the heistation behind a big yes and

A BIT ABOUT ME ✨😊

I live in Stratford Taranaki with my partner, you'll find him happiest riding his Harley and my two children; my teenage daughter she's into fashion, design and creating anything from clothing, art, carving and food!! and a pr***en son into carving, wood turning, skating, anything out doors and fishing.

We have a family dog Cilla mostly known as Cilly pants coz she's so crazy!! We love taking her on walks her favorite walks are fitzroy beach and cardiff walkway

We have a family garden I love spending time in, though it's often over grown it's amazing and so grounding to clear my head and energy, digging into the soil, checking out my plants and saying hello to our 5 funky chickens.

I have been vegetarian for about 3 years now with a love/hate relationship for cooking, but learning to eat right for me and recently buying an instant pot has really helped to enjoy food and preparing it.

I absolutely love learning; Reiki retreats, conferences, group trainings and deep dives absolutely light me up. Currently I am attending ReikiNZ conference in August, oncology massage training booked for September, and continuing into the second year of my hypnotherapy diploma study.

I got into my healing journey with health issues to resolve in my family when my babies were very young, learning naturopathy and herbology, then a few years in - turned into Reiki and subconscious learning as I found out energy, emotions and subconscious beliefs are just as important to our health outcome.

Reiki has always stuck with me as a big support, learning to understand energy and how to detach from stress to create new pathways forward. I have absolutely loved the journey attuning through Reiki levels to Master, teacher and last  year invited onto the national board for ReikiNZ inc.

My life and healing practice is very holistic and close to nature as possible. Learning to listen inwards and honour what I need along with my loved ones, that's our healing journey at the moment

Mind body and soul work together to create your reality

Limiting beliefs on repeat means you're stuck in habits or patterns that keep you frustrated and going in a never ending cycle

Your body and health is created off these beliefs manifesting as pains, restrictions and discomforts and support your beliefs to be very real

Healing the body, mind and energy together takes skill, compassion and a new level of love for yourself and desire to move on and make some real changes to your life and create a new outlook

I use massage, hypnotherapy and reiki in my clinic to support your journey of change

Massage and Reiki allows your body to relax and mind to take a break from responsibly

I also have an incredible session of Reiki and conversational hypnotherapy 60 - 90 minutes

This is a clothed session (no body work) on the massage table designed to talk you through self discovery of what is on your mind or in your life creating overwhelm and unbalance. This session can create awareness of where the overwhelm stems from, clearing the energy behind and finding peace or resolve around the situation

Facial massage focusing on shifting tightness and mental stress

All using a stunning oil blend created by me using caster oil, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, rosehip oil and frankensence created for a hydrating and rejuvenating experience.

This session is 45 minutes a shorter session but nothing less than pure bliss

Can you feel the wintering energy cycle within you to?

I love feeling the Devine earthly and energetic cycles we live within

Not held to, live within

We resist some times

We ignore sometimes

But sometimes we listen and feel

This winter I am honoring myself, my worth my work and work space, my community, family, friends, clients and students

I am learning the transition of giving and receiving in an equal energetic plane and how much expansion this creates for everyone

On the 14th June my prices will go up slightly, my sessions enriched with care and depth have grown to a whole new level and I want to keep growing this value for you and me

Update on the oncology massage coming to Reiki with Vicky in Stratford

It's still coming, just a little later in the year as the May intake didn't go ahead

Will see you in September for oncology massage, I'm busting to get into it instead I am offered a lesson in patience.

In the mean time I am still offering incredible intuitive reiki massage, amazing for physical and mental health

Something that really affects our mental health is how our energy interacts with other peoples; from strangers in town, customers and loved ones.

We think our thoughts are our own but it can be something that's picked up today or years ago. Reiki, massage and hypnotherapy all really help teach you to release this. If it resonates message me to book a session or a call to see if my work resonates with what you're needing right now

Your subconscious will make you believe it is something else or give you images or reasons that are not the real issue - deep down

It is incredible to learn and understand this for myself and my clients. This is why more then one session is needed, to uncover the trail of patterns the subconscious is leading you in
