National Volunteer Week

A shout out to all of our amazing volunteers who help Apārangi Village. Thank you to our Trust Board who give their time and guidance, all our team at the House of Treasures, our meals on wheels ladies who deliver lunches to the village, our many volunteers in the care unit, our volunteer van drivers and assistants for village functions, the ladies who hold classes in the village, the Friday night band, our bar ladies, and all of our other volunteers.

Last week’s outing to the Ngatea Water Gardens was a delightful escape into a peaceful, tranquil setting. With quirky signs, creative touches, and little surprises around every corner, the gardens offered plenty to explore and enjoy. It was a relaxing and memorable day out for everyone who attended.
