Winter wellness in a glass πŸ‹πŸ₯¬πŸ«šπŸ

I've been experimenting and this is my new winter green smoothie recipe that I'm loving.

Packed with organic kale, lemon, turmeric, ginger, apple, coconut kefir, coconut water, chia seeds, and collagen, it's an easy way to load up on nutrients during the colder months.

πŸ’š Vitamin C from lemon to support immune health
πŸ’š Kale for fibre and antioxidants
πŸ’š Ginger and turmeric for their anti-inflammatory compounds and a bit of warmth
πŸ’š Coconut kefir for gut-loving and immune system probiotics
πŸ’š Chia seeds for fibre and healthy fats
πŸ’š Collagen for skin, joints, and connective tissue support (mine is a super good practitioner only product)

It's surprisingly delicious 😁
Simple ingredients, big benefits.

What's your favourite smoothie combo?

Your body actually craves seasonal foods for a reason.

During autumn the nutrients in a plant become focussed into the roots - which is why root vegetables like kumara, carrots, beetroot and pumpkin are especially nourishing right now.

Citrus also becomes naturally abundant during this season, providing a perfect boost of vitamin C to support immunity for winter 🍊

One of the simplest and most affordable ways to support health is to eat seasonally. Nature really does know what we need.

It is that time of year again. Book your winter wellness consult now and get ahead of the lurgy.

Kawakawa - a treasured plant, traditionally known as the plant of grief. The broken leaves are said to symbolise a broken heart πŸ’”

Right now that symbolism feels very real as I grieve the sudden loss of a very special friend.

My clinic will be closed from now until after easter, while I take some time to process this loss. Thank you for your patience, kindness and understanding at this time.

Struggling with ongoing fatigue, bloating, brain fog or digestive discomfort?

Many people don't realise that gut dysfunction can be a major driver for chronic fatigue and low energy.

If you’ve tried improving your diet, supplements, or lifestyle but still don’t feel like yourself, your gut may need deeper support.

I’m offering a FREE 15-minute Gut & Energy Assessment Call to help you understand what might be going on.

During the call we will:

πŸ’šDiscuss your main symptoms
πŸ’šIdentify possible gut health drivers
πŸ’šTalk through practical next steps

If you’ve been feeling exhausted and suspect your gut health may be part of the problem, this call can help you understand where to start.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out with messages, flowers, gifts, and so much kindness. I feel truly blessed to be surrounded by such care and love.πŸ’

Right now, I'm doing my best to gently heal my mind and body after the accident, and your support has meant more than I can say.

Special thanks to my mother in law - I could not have got through this last week without her constant help and support πŸ’š

I’m also deeply thankful for the strangers who stopped to help me on the road and called the ambulance - especially a kind cyclist and a nurse whose compassion in that moment I will never forget.

So much goodness in the world πŸ’š
