If you can't make your appointment,let me know asap as there are people waiting to book in.
Please don't just not show up or just cancel when I send a reminder on the day.
Life gets in the way,I am well aware of that and it is not an issue.
Be mindful of others needing urgent treatment, so I can help those in pain.
I Do not have a cancellation policy, but may have to implement one as this is becoming a real issue.
