I didn’t leave chiropractic because I stopped believing in helping people.
I left because I found a way for people to help themselves more often than I ever could.
The biggest breakthrough wasn’t discovering movements that released the patterns I used to adjust.
It was discovering that people could repeat them throughout the day.
That repetition changed things.
The more I tested it, the more I realised many recurring back and neck problems weren’t just about structure.
They were patterns of protective bracing that could be reset and retrained.
Eventually I had to make a choice.
Keep doing what I’d always done.
Or follow where the evidence was leading.
Neuromotive Reset was the result.
A simple routine people can use on themselves in a few minutes.
Because repetition is what changes deeply ingrained patterns.
Reset. Repeat. Rewire.
