Tibetan Singing Bowls,Gongs, Bells and sacred instruments have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul

instilling a feeling of immense space and deep peace. The transformative sounds of these ancient sacred sound instruments affect the nervous system by entraining the brain to the harmonic vibrations of the bowls, harmonizing the left and right hemispheres of the brain, inducing slower, deeper brain wave states that engage the relaxation reflex and significantly slow respiratory, brain and heart rates, disrupting the pain reflex and supporting the immune system. Singing bowls have a direct impact on your energetic centers called Chakras, which are related with different aspects and elements on human life. Kia ora friends of Wellington , I would like to invite to a special evening.

On Thursday 18th of June at 6pm I will be sharing a one hour long Ancestral Journey with my Mexican Prehispanic sound instruments Bhakti Lounge Wellington.
We will create a ritual to balance our selves with the cosmos with the 4 directions and with the Mother Earth. I will be playing shamanic atmospheres with a great quality audio set up as you let your body and mind be free into the mystical journey within.

After the session we will share a vegan meal with delicious and nutritious food.

A special event +dinner for very accessible prices.
