Often those with high functioning anxiety are those who are successful, as they in a constant state of fear of things not working out.

It can frequently go unnoticed by those closest to you as you can appear okay on the outside. In comparison to generalised anxiety which is widely discussed and generally obvious.

For the rest of January I am offering 5 individuals Koha sessions. This means you pay what you can for a maximum of 4 sessions.

WIndow of Tolerance.

Did you know we all have a window of tolerance. This window represents when we are at our best to manage and cope with our emotions effectively.

When we are struggling with depression, anxiety or ptsd from trauma, this window decreases in size and we are pushed out of our window easily.

Below is a diagram with information about what my happen when we are pushed it of our window of tolerance.

We can increase this window and our ability to cope with emotional dysregulation with the use of tools, resources and a safe place to unpack our feelings and emotions.
