Bringing healthcare closer to the community through awareness, innovation, preventive care, and access to advanced treatment within Oman.

Our team recently conducted a health screening and wellness engagement initiative at the Ministry of Heritage & Tourism, providing attendees with an opportunity to learn more about their health while exploring advanced rehabilitation technologies available right here in Oman.

The event also featured a demonstration of the Cyberdyne rehabilitation system, showcasing how cutting-edge technology is enabling effective treatment, supporting recovery, improving mobility, and enhancing quality of life.

We would like to thank the Ministry of Heritage & Tourism for partnering with us in promoting health, wellbeing, and accessible treatment options for the community.

Kidney cancer may not always cause noticeable symptoms in its early stages, which is why awareness remains important.

While many cases are detected incidentally during routine examinations, symptoms such as blood in the urine, persistent pain in the side or lower back, unexplained weight loss, or ongoing fatigue should not be ignored and may warrant medical evaluation.

This World Kidney Cancer Day, let's raise awareness about the importance of recognising potential warning signs, prioritising regular health check-ups, and seeking timely medical advice when something doesn't feel right.

Because awareness and early action can make a meaningful difference.

Hormones play a vital role in many aspects of men's health, from energy levels and metabolism to muscle strength, mood, and overall wellbeing.

Understanding how hormonal changes can affect the body is an important step towards recognising potential concerns and seeking timely medical guidance when needed.

In this video, Dr. Wasim Sheikh Hammoud, Specialist – Endocrinology, discusses the connection between hormones and men's health, and why awareness can help support healthier outcomes at every stage of life.

Because good health starts with understanding how your body works.

They're often the ones reminding everyone else to take care of themselves.

But when was the last time someone reminded them?

This Men's Health Awareness Week, before the gifts, celebrations, and Father's Day wishes, let's encourage the fathers and father figures in our lives to make time for a health check-up.

Because some of the most important gifts aren't wrapped, they're the steps we take to protect our health and be there for the moments that matter most.

When severe abdominal pain becomes an emergency, timely diagnosis and intervention can make all the difference.

Mr. Bryan Peria presented with acute abdominal pain and was diagnosed with both gallbladder stones and a common bile duct (CBD) stone, a condition that can lead to serious complications if not treated promptly.

Timely evaluation and advanced endoscopic intervention by Dr. Ashik Sainu Mohiyadeen, Senior Consultant – Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Therapeutic Endoscopy, and Dr. Rimal Laeid Gami, Specialist – Gastroenterology, helped address the condition using EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound) and ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography).

This case highlights how rapid assessment, specialist expertise, and access to advanced therapeutic procedures can play a crucial role when gastrointestinal emergencies arise.

Heart health isn't built in a day. It's built through the small choices we make every day.

Just 30 minutes of regular physical activity can help support cardiovascular health, improve fitness, and reduce the risk of heart-related conditions over time.

In this video, Dr. Dilip Abdul Khadar, Specialist – Physician Intensivist, discusses the important role exercise plays in maintaining a healthy heart and why consistency matters more than intensity.

Because sometimes, one of the most powerful things you can do for your heart starts with simply getting moving.

They show up for their families every day.

For the school runs, the late-night worries, the big milestones, and the little moments in between.

This Men's Health Awareness Week, before we celebrate fathers for all that they do, let's encourage them to prioritise something equally important, their health.

Because the strongest thing a father can do for the people who love him is take care of himself too.

Every blood donation is more than a medical act, it’s a lifeline.

This World Blood Donor Day, we celebrate the silent heroes whose generosity helps save lives every day. A single donation can support patients undergoing surgery, cancer treatment, trauma care, and countless other medical emergencies.

If you're eligible, consider becoming a blood donor. Your one act of kindness could make all the difference to someone in need.
