After 3 years, implant survival and success were both 100%. Marginal bone levels remained highly stable, and esthetic outcomes improved significantly.
The findings underline that long-term implant success depends not only on survival, but also on stable bone, healthy soft tissues, and favorable esthetic outcomes.
They also support the clinical relevance of biologically driven implant placement, platform switching, and reduced manipulation of the peri-implant soft-tissue interface.
