Planning to bring your drone to Oman?

Tourists can now legally fly drones in Oman through SERB, the official platform for drone registration and flight management.

Good to know before you fly:

• Drone insurance is not required.
• Tourist permits are for personal use only, commercial use requires additional authorisation.
• Never fly over or too close to houses.
• Keep a digital copy of your drone license with you.
• Check the SERB app before every flight for authorised zones and current restrictions.
• FPV or assembled drone? Check SERB’s specific registration guide.

Drone regulations and authorised flying zones may change, so always check the official website for the latest information before flying:

Vous prévoyez de venir à Oman avec votre drone ?

Les touristes peuvent désormais faire voler légalement leur drone à Oman via SERB, la plateforme officielle pour l’enregistrement des drones et la gestion des vols.

Bon Ă  savoir avant de voler :

• L’assurance drone n’est pas obligatoire.
• L’autorisation touristique est réservée à un usage personnel, un usage commercial nécessite une autorisation supplémentaire.
• Ne survolez jamais les habitations et ne volez pas trop près de celles-ci.
• Gardez une copie numérique de votre licence avec vous.
• Consultez l’application SERB avant chaque vol pour vérifier les zones autorisées et les restrictions en vigueur.
