🌿 OUR FIRST CLASS IN THE NEW LOCATION 🌿

This morning was our first yoga class in my new environment… and it felt so good to be back. ❤️

A new place, surrounded by nature, but with the same LITORAL energy I’ve always wanted to create peaceful, welcoming and personal.

And the best part?

The students loved it.one of them even shared this beautiful video and a little message after class. 💚
Thank you, Ana María, for such an amazing and rejuvenating class. It was exactly the energy I needed to start my day with the best attitude. I truly enjoyed every moment. ✨🧘‍♀️

From an empty space to a new studio

There is something I really love about new beginnings...

Seeing a completely empty space and imagining everything it could become.

That's exactly what I'm doing right now in Costa Esmeralda.

The studio isn't perfect yet. There is still a lot to do. But little by little, it's becoming our new space for Yoga & Pilates.

Opening again next week — September 14th.

For those who already have a class pass:
Don't worry your existing pass will be fully honored. You can continue using the classes you have already paid for under the original terms.

I encourage everyone to bring their own mat whenever possible. 🌿
Classes are small and by reservation only, so please reserve your spot in advance.

Because each class is reserved especially for you, if you reserve and don't show up, the class will be deducted from your pass. For drop-ins, payment is required in advance.

I’m slowly getting the rooms ready here at the new El Litoral.

This one is still missing a few things, but I wanted to give you a little peek.

There’s still a lot to do after the move, but every day it feels a little more like home.

I’ll show you more when it’s ready. 😊

A New Chapter at El Litoral

Some things are changing at El Litoral.

After the move, I’m slowly putting everything back together and creating a space that feels a little more intimate, peaceful and personal.

The rooms are being prepared one at a time, and I’ll be sharing little glimpses as they come together. There’s still some work to do including finishing the terrace and a few other things so we’re taking our time.

But there’s one part that will be ready sooner:

Yoga is coming back. 🌿

The new yoga platform is smaller than the one we had before, and honestly, I’m looking forward to that.

It means smaller groups, a more intimate setting, and limited spaces.

Because of that, reservations will be required in advance.

I want the new space to feel less like a big class and more like a little community — a place where you can breathe, move, slow down and enjoy being here.

The new El Litoral is still taking shape.

The rooms will come when they’re ready.

The terrace will come together.

And the yoga platform will be waiting.

One step at a time.

🌿 A little corner of the new El Litoral

I really love this little spot.

The rocking chair, the blue hammock underneath, all the trees around us…

After everything that came with the move, it feels pretty good to finally sit down and enjoy the new place. 😊

I can already see myself spending a lot of time right here… coffee in hand, of course! 😂

Little by little, the new El Litoral is coming together here in Costa Esmeralda.

I’ll keep sharing little bits and pieces as we get ready.

Something new is taking shape at El Litoral

After several years in the same place, El Litoral is taking a new direction.
Our new Yoga & Pilates studio in Costa Esmeralda is taking shape, and I'm really happy to slowly show you what we're creating.

An outdoor space, surrounded by nature, where we can move, breathe, work on our strength and simply take a little time for ourselves.

The studio will reopen in September. 🌿

Over the next few weeks, I'll be sharing a little more of the journey the new space, the classes, the changes at El Litoral, and everything that's coming next.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is assuming that all of Panama is the same.
