After much consideration and calculation I have come to the decision to raise my service prices. I have held off for the past couple of years in hopes that the cost of (everything) would come back down. Unfortunately, as we all know, this is not and has not been the case.

Below are the new rates, effective Monday May 18th.

Swedish massage 60 min-$80
Swedish Massage 90 min -$110

MFLD (myofascial lymphatic drainage) and Deep Tissue sessions:

60 min-$90
90 min $120

All gift cards will be charged according to the new pricing, any difference will be paid for at time of service. (This is applicable to any GC dated to expire after 5/18/2026).

MFLD provides ideal restoration of tissues, facial release, lymph movement and proper drainage to restore optimal healing and function!

Hey everyone, I wanted to give a quick update about some very exciting changes taking place which will bring an increase to the therapies and services offered at Forest & Fern!

I’ve been working hard over the past few months to obtain my myofascial lymph drainage (MFLD) certification! I’ve completed and passed all required schooling, hours, tests and will finish the program with the final hands on portion in a couple of weeks!!

Stay tuned for more information and when I will begin booking sessions for MFLD.

I will be posting links over the next few weeks explaining the incredible benefits of Myofascial Lymph Drainage as well!!
