¡Que hermosa vida!

My love for textiles has been a steward for some of my most memorable adventures, connections, and appreciation for beauty.

The joy that is woven through these Andean weavings comes from the way of life that the people of the high mountains dwell in. Simple, nature based, community oriented, and a love for expressing through color.

These community’s have held true to their traditions and because of this the refinement in the detail of their craft is incredible! What was once simply a way to pass down their stories and connect with the spirit of the natural world, has become an art form shared and appreciated by the world.

It’s beautiful to see such a thriving little village tucked into the valley practicing their joy and being supported to do so. A wonderful teacher and reminder.

Grateful for new friends, beautiful treasures, and infinite smiles, añyayáy 🌸

Happy New Year family, from the Sacred Lands of Peru 🙏🏼🍃✨

I am feeling inspired and excited to share this new offering, Chakra Series, through an online platform with you all!

The Chakra Series is a 7 week journey, where we will explore a different Chakra each week through Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and discussion in Sangha.

The inspiration for this series came through when I reflected upon the importance of foundation. Foundation allows us to flow with ease, manifest our dreams, and live in alignment with our truths.

The Chakras are an amazing tool to help us live from this embodied place! As well a wonderful bases to study the self, and discover how we can live more fully connected with our body, mind, & spirit.

What’s included will be 14 pre recorded classes, Yin & Vinyasa, themed around the Chakra we are studying, and a live zoom chat once a week to integrate our journey through that specific Chakra and the energies it carries.

This feels like a wonderful way for myself and community to start our New Year intentionally, and build the foundation for all that’s to come!

The dates will be 1/9-2/26
The exchange will be a sliding scale $77 - $111

Seasons Journey ✨🌸🌞🍁❄️✨

Join us for our closing ceremony as we celebrate & honor the teachings of the 4 seasons held in the arms of Mama Cacao. We will move through light movement, reflect in meditation, and be bathed in crystal vibrations!

This ceremony is a gift to you and all of your presence! I thank each of you for co creating in community, showing up in service to Mother Earth, embracing the light of Great Spirit, and exploring your Hearts Dreams.

This will be a final offering for this season and I would love to see many of you! I am infinitely grateful for everybody’s love and support towards myself and your individual paths!

May the light of your hearts continue to guide you on this magnificent journey through life 🙏🏼
