A lot of people expect dramatic posture changes after one treatment. That's usually not how the body works.
This client has been dealing with chronic low back pain from degenerative disc issues. The pain would wake him up at night, sitting and standing were uncomfortable, and he felt like his core wasn't supporting him well.
Instead of treating just where it hurt, I focused on improving how his whole back worked together by releasing the lats, lower rib cage, erectors, QL, and glutes.
After the session, you can already see some subtle changes: • The shoulders appear more level. • The pelvis looks more balanced. • The back looks less compressed and more relaxed.
These aren't huge transformations—and that's okay.
Small improvements in how the body organizes itself can add up over multiple sessions and often lead to lasting changes in how someone feels and moves.
What changes do you notice in the before and after?
