This is one the Simple Ovarian Cyst we removed from 34 year old lady.
These simple ovarian cyst is benign and most times remain Asymptomatic for year.Some of them develop Ovarian torsion and present with severe sudden lower abdominal pain associated with nausea and vomitting.
