Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, play, and become more independent. 💛

Occupational Therapy helps children develop the skills they need for everyday life. It can support children who may have difficulties with:

✨ Fine motor skills (holding a pencil, coloring, cutting, buttoning clothes)
✨ Hand-eye coordination and bilateral coordination
✨ Attention and task completion
✨ Sensory processing and self-regulation
✨ Emotional and behavioral regulation
✨ Gross motor coordination, balance, and body awareness
✨ Play skills and social participation
✨ Independence in daily activities such as dressing, feeding, and toileting
✨ Handwriting readiness and school-related skills

Parents who are interested may book an Initial Occupational Therapy Evaluation. This comprehensive assessment allows our Occupational Therapist to understand your child’s strengths and areas of need, provide appropriate recommendations, and secure your child’s place on our priority waitlist as treatment slots become available.

🐝 Meet the newest member of the team! 🐝

We are thrilled to welcome our newest clinic-based Occupational Therapist, Teacher Jebb, to our Little B's family! 🎉

Teacher Jebb is a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, dedicated to helping children build the skills they need to become more confident, independent, and successful in their everyday lives. He is also a Top 6 placer in the 2006 Occupational Therapist Licensure Examination, reflecting his strong commitment to excellence in the profession.

As our clinic-based Occupational Therapist, he will be providing regular occupational therapy sessions at Little B's Speech Clinic, allowing us to better serve more children and families in our community with consistent, high-quality care.

With his extensive experience and passion for pediatric rehabilitation, Teacher Jebb is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based, and family-centered therapy tailored to each child's unique strengths and needs.

We are truly honored to have him join our multidisciplinary team and are excited for the knowledge, expertise, and compassionate care he will bring to every child and family who walks through our doors!

We can't wait for you to meet him! 🤗💛

✨ LITTLE Tip: MODEL, DON’T CORRECT ✨

Ever felt the urge to gently correct your little one when they say a word differently? 🤭 For kids with speech delays, language differences, or conditions like autism, saying “no, say it like this” can actually make them feel unsure or stop talking altogether. Many of them don’t even understand what a “mistake” is or what feeling “nervous” means — so correction can feel confusing or scary. 🫂

💛 The sweetest, most effective way? Just model the correct word naturally when you reply — no pressure, no extra effort!
