Baka senyales ito ng hand arthritis. Ang paninigas, pananakit, at paghina ng kapit ay maaaring makaapekto sa simpleng gawain tulad ng pagsulat, paghawak ng baso, pagbukas ng garapon, o paggamit ng cellphone.

Subukan ang mga simpleng hand exercises na ito upang makatulong na mabawasan ang paninigas, mapanatili ang galaw ng mga daliri, at mapalakas ang iyong mga kamay.

Kung may Knee Osteoarthritis (OA), ang tamang ehersisyo ay isa sa pinakamabisang paraan para mabawasan ang pananakit, paninigas, at hirap sa paggalaw. Hindi kailangang mabigat o komplikado—ang simpleng galaw na ginagawa nang regular ay malaking tulong para mapanatiling malakas at functional ang iyong mga tuhod.

✅ Mas kaunting sakit at stiffness
✅ Mas magandang galaw at flexibility
✅ Mas malalakas na muscles sa paligid ng tuhod
✅ Mas magandang balance at kalidad ng buhay

Tandaan: “Motion is lotion.” Ang tamang paggalaw ay nakakatulong para manatiling malusog ang kasukasuan.

Ang tamang stretching exercises ay maaaring makatulong na mabawasan ang pressure sa sciatic nerve, mapabuti ang flexibility, at makatulong sa mas maayos na paggalaw sa araw-araw.

- Gawin nang dahan-dahan at kontrolado
- Iwasan ang biglaang pagpilit ng galaw
- Huminto kung nakakaramdam ng matinding sakit
- Mas epektibo kapag regular na ginagawa
