Certification: Module 1 towards a 200HR Teacher Certification (Yoga Alliance accredited under YACEP)
What You’ll Learn
Advanced Mechanics: Arm balance techniques, backbend progressions, hip openers, and inversions (including Handstand & Pincha Mayurasana progression).
Internal Dynamics: Efficient breathwork, cultivating concentration through proper Drishti, and exploring the theory and practice of bandhas.
Functional Anatomy: Direct anatomical application specifically tailored to the Rocket 1 sequence.
