I’m happy to share that I’ll be spending a weekend in San Jose, Antique for a special TCM Wellness Weekend at The Pinnacle Suites & Functions.

As a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture, one of the things I enjoy most is introducing people to a different way of looking at health and wellness—one that values balance, prevention, and the body’s natural ability to restore itself.

This Wellness Weekend would not have been possible without the warm support and enthusiasm of San San Liao Espinosa of The Pinnacle Suites & Functions. Through her initiative, encouragement, and genuine belief in the value of wellness, she has helped bring this experience to the Antique community and connected me with so many wonderful people.

From June 5–7, I’ll be offering acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture, moxibustion, and TCM consultations in a relaxing wellness setting.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to share the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Antique and look forward to meeting both familiar and new faces throughout the weekend.

Where energy flows, healing follows.

Mapping the body through meridians—each point a doorway, each pathway a story. In TCM, nothing is random. Everything is connected.

Today’s intention: restore flow, calm the Shen, nourish the root.

Rewiring the brain, one point at a time.

Scalp acupuncture is a specialized technique that works along mapped areas of the brain—supporting recovery in movement, speech, and coordination after stroke.

In this quiet space, healing isn’t rushed.
It’s guided, precise, and deeply intentional.

Did you know your body tells a story — through your tongue and pulse?

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, tongue and pulse diagnosis are essential tools we use to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

👅 Tongue Diagnosis
The color, shape, and coating of your tongue can reflect the state of your organs, Qi, blood, and internal balance.

🫀 Pulse Diagnosis
By gently feeling the pulse at the wrist, we assess the quality, strength, and rhythm of your body’s energy flow.

Together, they give us a deeper picture of your health — not just your symptoms, but the root cause.

This is why no two acupuncture treatments are exactly the same. Your body is unique, and your treatment should be too.

In my practice, I use these time-honored methods to create personalized treatments aligned with your body’s needs and the harmony of the Five Elements.

Your body is always sending signals.

The question is — are we listening?

Many people come to acupuncture only when the pain becomes unbearable. But long before that, the body often whispers signs that it needs support.

You may benefit from acupuncture if you’re experiencing:

• Persistent pain or tension
• Stress or poor sleep
• Digestive discomfort
• Low energy or burnout
• Hormonal imbalance

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, these symptoms can reflect an imbalance in the flow of Qi and the harmony of the body’s systems.

Acupuncture works by helping regulate, restore, and support the body’s natural healing process.
Sometimes your body doesn’t need more force — it simply needs balance.

✨ Listen to the signals. Your body knows the way back to wellness.

One of the most common questions we hear:

“How often should I get acupuncture?”
Healing through Traditional Chinese Medicine is a journey of restoring balance.

In the beginning, treatments may be more frequent to help regulate Qi and bring the body back into harmony.

A general rhythm often looks like this:

• Twice weekly – for acute pain or sudden illness
• Weekly – for chronic conditions and deeper imbalances
• Every 2–3 weeks – for continued progress and fine tuning
• Monthly – for long-term wellness and prevention

As your body strengthens and balance is restored, treatments naturally become less frequent.

Acupuncture is not just about treating symptoms — it’s about supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.

In the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, there is a vessel called the Bao Mai — the sacred pathway between the Heart and the Womb.

The Heart holds the Shen, the spirit.
The Kidneys guard the Jing, our deepest essence.

Between them flows a quiet current that nourishes the womb — the place of creation, intuition, and life.

This Women’s Month, we honor the profound intelligence of the female body — where spirit, essence, and the power to create are beautifully connected.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Digestive Triangle refers to the harmonious relationship between the Spleen, Stomach, and Liver. Together, they form the energetic foundation of digestion, transformation, vitality, and emotional balance.

When this triangle is strong, you feel clear-headed, energized, nourished, and emotionally steady.

But when one corner weakens—perhaps from stress, irregular eating, overthinking, or rich/processed foods—the entire system can wobble.

This may show up as bloating or acid reflux, fatigue after meals, sugar cravings, loose stools or constipation, mood swings or irritability, skin issues linked to damp-heat.

Acupuncture works by regulating qi flow through these three organs, helping them work together instead of in tension with each other.
